At Zanclean our vision is to be the leading provider of onshore deep well carbon capture systems. We are a relatively new Spanish company formed by a handful of executives, from leading European enterprises, who have been involved in carbon capture since the initial research in around 2010. Zanclean was named after the most dramatic of geological events in the Mediterranean 5 million years ago.
We will provide turn-key solutions for enterprises who are addressing legislative requirements to decarbonise within prescribed timetables or for those enterprises with aspirations for low carbon or net zero qualifications, from cement works to airlines. For example, we will evaluate the prospect of on shore, near emissions sites in order that your business can continue without the costs of transportation and long term storage.
Our team comprises of highly experienced sub surface experts as well as those who really understand the fiscal dynamics of this sector.
Our initial projects are focussed on Europe and North Africa with relatively close proximity to logistics and emitters. As others begin to understand the limitations and costs of current storage solutions, Zanclean will provide a costed, practical path to cost effective solutions through Direct Air Capture and Industrial solutions.
